Water remains a key concern even here in the county of Nairobi where only 40 per cent of residents have piped water. A new master plan for the city is now seeking to connect the whole city to some source of running water. That will not be an easy task, earlier i spoke to the people behind the plan and they are convinced, water for all, is only a matter of time.
