The question of crime will of course be one of the key challenges for the Nairobi metropolitan area that is currently in the making.The government says that plan to transform the city into a metropolis is running on course.The ministry charged with that responsibility says the public is now warming up to the idea of the metropolis but still the ministry faces challenges of funding.
